18 cities would have CCTV surveillance systems integrated by the UP government, says CM Yogi

(India) – Kanpur (Uttar Pradesh), December 9: Uttar Pradesh Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath issued a stern warning to criminals and anti-social groups in the state on Friday, claiming that 18 cities of the state will be covered by closed circuit television (CCTV) cameras and are being linked with an Integrated Control and Command Centre (ICCC) for enhanced surveillance.Criminals and anti-social organizations who used to tease women at every corner and corner and dared to loot or steal people will no longer be permitted to do so.We'll have a CCTV monitoring system to monitor every activity in public places, and Yogi said that if someone is seen participating in any illicit conduct, he'll be caught before the next intersection, adding that in October this year, the government of the United States announced that it would be establishing a Data Analytical Center under women power line 1090.The step was designed to improve the safety standards for women in a safe city.

The data on crimes against women will be collected from various sources in this center.Officials said the hot spot for eve-teasing would be determined by the type of police force.
