AHMEDABAD: Officers reported that a Border Security Force patrol group (BSF) captured three Pakistani boats from the Harami Nala creek area of Kutch on Thursday, along the Gujarat maritime border, near the India-Pakistan border.In the general area of Harami Nala, a BSF Bhuj patrol group observed the movement of some Pakistani fishing boats on Thursday.According to a BSF officer, a patrol force rushed to the spot and took three Pakistani fishing boats from Harami Nala.Pakistan fishermen left the boats and escaped after seeing a BSF patrol approaching them, according to the officer.

According to the officer, three Pakistani boats were confiscated while the BSF was looking for the fishermen.Indian fishermen are forbidden from entering the creek area, according to BSF officers, but Pakistani fishermen are usually allowed to fish on the Indian side.According to the officer, these fishermen have fled toward the Pakistani side on several occasions after abandoning their boats on spotting BSF patrol boats.According to the officer, the boats that were confiscated were thoroughly searched, and no items suspicious was retrieved from the boats other than some fish, fishing nets, and equipment.
