The survivor, a resident of Piplani Township, is a student at an academy in the Ashoka Garden district, according to police.She admitted to her lawsuit that the accused Rahul Yadav, Ayan, and Khushboo Thakur, all batchmates, taped her pornographic video on September 17 while she was washing her clothes in the girls' washroom before offering prayers on Vishwakarma Jayanti in the college.The survivor was unaware of their flinch.The accused approached the victim's companion and showed the video to him on their smartphone after recording the incident.

The terrified girl kept mum as the accused escalated pressure on her to pay the bill, according to police.She left her home on Thursday and went missing because she didn't have enough money.As her family members noticed she was missing, they began looking for her and called Piplani police to file a missing person lawsuit.Within two hours, police recovered her at the train station.

She told family members about the incident when they advised her.They called police on Friday to file a lawsuit.On Friday, an investigation into extortion and the IT Act was filed against the accused at Ashoka Garden police station, and further investigations are ongoing.
