A Delhi court has granted the Wadhwan brothers bail in the multi-billion dollar scandal.

Dheeraj Rajesh Wadhawan and Kapil Rajesh Wadhawan, two ex-promoters of Dewan Housing Finance Corporation Ltd, have been released by a Delhi court . The two ex-promoters of Dewan Housing Finance Corporation Ltd (DHFL) were released without being charged with a supplemental chargesheet .

In the alleged multi-crore scam lawsuit, Dheeraj Rajesh Wadhawan and Kapil Rajesh Wadhawan, two ex-promoters of Dewan Housing Finance Corporation Ltd (DHFL), have been released by a Delhi court.Judge Reetesh Singh, who released the accuser Kapil Rajesh Wadhawan and Dheeraj Rajesh Wadhawan on Friday, said in additional sessions: In the present case as well, the accused accused, Kapil Rajesh Wadhawan, and Dheeraj Rajesh Wadhawan, were not arrested during the probe.They were released without being charged with a supplemental chargesheet.In his response to the bail applications, the Investigation Officer (IO) stated that there is no requirement for kidnapping.

During the probe, it was assumed that their clients were never arrested.The chargesheet originally filed before the trial court was also found to contain no mention of their clients as accused.Advocates claimed that their clients are currently in prison in a similar FIR (Punjab and Maharashtra Co-operative Bank (PMC) fraud lawsuit), so there is no possibility of fleeing from justice or tampering with data.The complainants' lawyer and the advocate representing the senior public prosecutor who served for the Economic Offences Wing of Delhi Police resisted the bail applications and argued that the complainants were flat buyers in the scheme.
