Tumkur (Karnataka) (India): (India) – October 25: The Karnataka police published a First Information Report against several men on Thursday for reportedly attempting to murder Bharatiya Janata Party leader Suresh Gowda in the Kyathasandra police station in Tumkur rural.According to the First Information Report, the police arrested three people, MLA Gaurishankar, his supporter Hirehalli Mahesh, and Bommanahalli Babu alias Attika Babu, and some unidentified people, under sections 120B (Punishment of criminal offense), 506 (Punishment of criminal intimidation), 109 (Punishment of abetment if the act abetted is committed in consequence and where He also stated in his FIR that a life threat was imminent, and that Rs 5 crore has already been given in exchange for his life.He also referred to his inability to act as an emergency by obstructing while driving in a car or being killed by a vehicle, according to the former MLA.Following the permission of the Judicial Magistrate of First Class (JMFC) court of Tumkur, the lawsuit has been filed at the police station.
