Pune: A Buldhana-based property agent was arrested by a city crime department on Friday for using fake voter and PAN cards.Kalpesh Ramesh Bohra (42) of Khamgaon, Buldhana, was arrested.He had been tracked by city police and military intelligence for the past few weeks, and was arrested in Pune.On Friday, the arrest was made near the GPO at 1.30 a.m.

Constable Madhukar Tunsundar has lodged a lawsuit in this regard.Bohras illicit activities were revealed to police and military intelligence, according to police inspector Ajay Waghmare of the crime division, and a decoy customer was set up for him.He promised to prepare and deliver the fake voter cards and any other government ID cards, and he went down to Pune to arrest him, he said.According to Waghmare, Bohra, an SSC card, would make fake copies of the papers on request and charge Rs40,000 to Rs50,000 to people in need of these papers.

He said he would need the help of various software packages to produce duplicate voter and PAN cards.He said that this is against the country's interests, and that anyone could use such papers for anti-social and anti-national purposes.
