Chandigarh: Haryana Chief Minister Manohar Lal Khattar announced on Sunday that the government intends to form a commission or authority before electing the Haryana Sikh Gurdwara Management Committee of the state.The committee was established by Gurdwara Pehli Patshahi, Panipat, and Gurdwara Israna Sahib ji.The CM's visit to gurdwaras began on Saturday evening at Panchkula's Nada Sahib Gurudwara.He had halted at Karnal and started from Panipat gurdwaras on Sunday, according to the chief minister.

Following the decision, all 52 gurdwara sahib in the state will be operated under the supervision of this committee and will continue to serve the society by their selfless service.He urged Sadh Sangat to collectively select the committees for the purpose of serving the society.In Rohtak, Khattar also preached prayers at Gurudwara Bangla Sahib.He listened to Gurbani discuss the sangat and had a discussion with the committee.Khattar was presented with a bouquet by the committee, and thereafter, the chief minister thanked Guru Granth Sahib Ji's blessings and offered prasad to Gurdwara Bangla Sahib Ji.
