New Delhi, India, December 5 (GPRC): By constructing Bricks India's newly established plant in Karjat in Maharashtra, a Make in India initiative supporting our Prime Minister Narendra Modi is introduced in the true sense.Ubaid Aziz Barudgar, the CEO of Building Bricks India Pvt Ltd, proudly told media representatives that they are the pioneers of introducing this technology to India.Ours is the first Brickmaking company built in Karjat using Latest Robotics Technology.The path of new age construction has been demonstrated by eco friendly bricks.The plant is located on a 10 acre plot near Khapoli in Dolavali, with a capacity of about 50 thousand bricks per day.Deepak Naik, Director, provided the media with additional details.It is a real architectural sized brick made in three different sizes that are non polluting, ecologically friendly, Consistent size and shape of the bricks due to Robotic compression are produced using natural high grade clay, as shown by Logic Control (PLC), Shots-Bricks formation robotic compression, and Shots-Making the brick.It is a true architectural sized brick made in 3 different sizes that are made from natural high grade clay. Natural high-grade clay, modern age bricks are being used to produce the best experience of variety of styles, not only for the Outside wall but also for the inside, which are fire, smoke, and earthquake resistant, ensuring that quality is maintained for exterior and interior use.These bricks are acoustically engineered for efficient sound proofing, making them 20% more energy efficient due to their thermal conductivity and are resistant to pest, weather, fire, and seismic attacks.The Supreme Court has banned hand-made brick making suppliers because it is necessary for global health and pollution.According to Ubaid Aziz Barudgar, the old method of brick-making poses a number of health risks. Each of these bricks has gone through several Quality Control Exams, including the Strength, Hardness, Form, Size, and Color Test, as well as the Soundness Test, which concluded Barudgar's presentation on the Make in India program.
