Air Quality in Delhi Remains Very Poor

New Delhi: The System of Air Quality and Weather Forecasting and Research (SAFAR) recorded the Air Quality Index (AQI) at 337 on Wednesday, and the national capital woke up to smog on Tuesday with the Air Quality Index (AQI), which is classified as moderate, from 200 to 300 as it is moderate, and 300 to 400 as it is described as poor, and from 400 to 500 or above, the level of pollution in Delhi was elevated to 340.According to the Central Pollution Control Board (CPCB), the CAQM issued a release on Sunday indicating that the air quality in Delhi and the national capital region had slipped into the moderate category, and that all actions, as proposed under Stage III of the GRAP, be immediately implemented in the NCR; hospitals; and public facilities; linear engineering activities such as highways, roads, flyovers, overbridges, power transmission, pipelines; sanitation initiatives such as sewage treatment plants and water
