Bihar issues appointment letters to 356 teachers.

Education minister Vijay Kumar Choudhary delivered appointment letters to 356 lecturers of various teacher training institutions in the state . Choudhary said training and inspection were the two most critical elements of education reforms .

PATNA (Patna): Vijay Kumar Choudhary, the education minister, urged the teachers to give their best to the students and contribute to enhancing the state's education quality.According to him, the state government is assisting with all teachers from primary to university level.At a function held here at the education department, the minister delivered the appointment letters to up to 356 lecturers of various teacher training institutions in the state, stating that training and inspection were the two most critical elements of education reforms, and that, therefore, the role of newly-appointed teachers of training institutions assumes greater importance.The real face of an education institution is shown by the quality of education that it provides to its students in a remote location.

Following the adoption of a new education policy at the national level, education departments additional chief secretary Dipak Kumar Singh said there have been numerous significant changes in the curriculum, the way of teaching and evaluation.Singh said that teachers training organizations have the responsibility to ensure that the latest curriculum, as well as the latest teaching methodologies are implemented in schools, was effective, and expressed skepticism about the newly appointed teachers' conduct of their duties with the highest regard for the community.On the occasion, the superintendents of secondary and primary education as well as other department heads were present.Teachers of the foundation course (53), inclusive education (32), education science (18), planning and study (31), Hindi (20), English (17), Urdu (11), Sanskrit (6), Mathematics (21), physics (23), chemistry (22), botany (19), and social science (61).

They will be distributed in six college of teacher education, 33 district institutes of education and training, 23 primary teacher education colleges, and four block institutes of education and training.In all these institutes, there are currently 993 approved posts of lectures, of which 456 are currently active.According to education department sources, 181 positions will remain vacant with the new appointment and will be filled as soon as possible.
