Anyone from the top to the bottom has been involved in making money and they have risen to power with the sole aim of making money. He even urged Arvind Kejriwal to dismiss her as the DCW chairperson, arguing that since he is directly involved in these financial transactions, he won't be able to do so.The allegations were not made by any political party. The judge has framed the criminal charges.

Arvind Kejriwal, a former MP, should appear in front of the people, according to a former DCW Chairperson, after the court found prima facie evidence that the accused intentionally appointed Aam Admi Party (AAP) members to various positions in the commission, as reported by former DCW Chairperson Barkha Shukla on Friday, arguing that no educational checks were carried out during their recruitment.
