Lucknow (Uttar Pradesh) India (December 6th): According to an official statement, the Yogi government is planning to unite all the courts under one roof in order to minimize the court rush and the administrative process.On the instruction of Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath, ten districts have been selected as pilot projects for the Integrated Court Complex, including Mahoba, Hathras, Chandauli, Shamli, Amethi, Hapur, Auraiya, Sambhal, and Chitrakoot.Through the supplementary budget adopted by the assembly on Tuesday, Rs 400 crore has been given to the special project.Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath also referred to the important component of the Integrated Court Complex, saying that timely delivery of justice is critical to good governance.
A group of Uttar Pradesh students came to visit Baroda in Gujarat recently to investigate the Integrated Court Complex.According to CM Yogi, the model of the Integrated Court Complex has been successfully implemented here.The Chief Minister said at a high-level meeting on the initiative plan of the complex that, due to the unique nature of crimes, the number of courts that compete with different laws has also increased for quick justice.These courts operate from different parts of the district. Both the judicial officers and the plaintiffs are struggling because courts are located in a different district.He said that there are also issues with security and administrative arrangements.In light of this, integrated court buildings will be advantageous to the courts.The Supreme Court also ordered the construction of such court complexes in order. The integrated court complex will include a court house, a hearing hall, video court, poking, and a canteen.The court house will also include a residential colony for judges and judicial officers and employees, as well as court rooms, an advocate chamber, and an auditorium.
