Case involving a threat to journalists: Srinagar Police examine various J-K locations

Jammu and Kashmir Police conducted searches in multiple locations in three districts in the Union Territory on Thursday morning . The searches are taking place in Srinagar, Badgam, and Pulwama districts .

Srinagar (Jammu and Kashmir) (India), November 24: As part of its investigation into a lawsuit involving an online journalists threat case filed with the State Investigative Agency, Jammu and Kashmir Police conducted searches in multiple locations in three districts in the Union Territory on Thursday morning.The searches are taking place in Srinagar, Badgam, and Pulwama districts.In the case of an online journalists hazard, searches are also going on in Srinagar, Badgam, and Pulwama districts.Srinagar Police tweeted that the police team that conducted simultaneous searches at twelve locations throughout the valley, including the homes of fugitives such as Sajjad Gul, Mukhtar Baba, members of the banned terror group LeT (TRF) and its offshoot of The Resistance Front (TRF), as well as other suspects in Srinagar, Anantnag, and Kulgam districts, were identified.
