CBSE Notifies Schools to Submit Section Increase Requests by December 31

CBSE has advised schools that have less sections due to land availability to apply for more sections . The board has taken the decision in order to prevent last-minute problems when submitting the student information .

New Delhi: The Central Board of Secondary Education (CBSE) has advised schools that have less sections due to land availability to apply for more sections in order to eliminate errors when filling out the candidate list (LOC) and other related tasks.Through the School Affiliation Re-Engineered Automation System (SARAS) portal, the CBSE-affiliated schools may apply until December 31, 2022.The board has taken the decision in order to prevent last-minute problems when submitting the student information.Also Read the CBSE Class 10 Date Sheet 2022-2023: The official website has a link to this page.

Therefore, the schools can proceed to 31.12.2022, so as to resolve this problem.The CBSE has reiterated that schools are supposed to run the number of sections within the authorized number of sections, based on the amount of land available to the school.However, it has been found that while some schools have more land, the number of sections managed by them is smaller in comparison to the amount of land available to the school.Also read the 28th edition of the Sahodaya Schools Conference; Publications: Practice Books, Item Banks: As the number of students rises, CBSE may require more sections.
