Chatra tourism destination gets a facelift in Jharkhand

CHATRA: The forest department has set aside Rs 6 crore for the renovation of the Kauleshwari Pahad in the Huntergunj district of Chatra.The popular tourist destination will include a biodiversity park and a pond with boating facilities as part of the redecoration plan, among other things.The project will take up the entire 150 acres of land, according to R K Singh, assistant conservator of forests.The redecorating project will take two years to complete.
