According to a press release issued by the insurance firm, Amisha Vora, co-owner and joint managing director of the group, has increased her stake in the groups' holding company to 96 per cent from 24 per cent, while Dilip Bhat, joint managing director, will continue his association after 22 years with the group.I am certain that this dedicated team, along with our research abilities and customer-first approach, will pave the way for explosive growth in the coming decade, Ms Vora said.Her work experience of over 35 years includes equity research, institutional sales, investment banking, corporate advisory, retail broking, wealth management, funds management, and NBFC markets.Amisha is a member of the CII-Capital Markets Committee.
