Congress promises to address the Delhi water crisis if it is elected to power.

Anil Chaudhary said only the Congress will bring about water scarcity in Delhi . He accused Arvind Kejriwal of defrauding the poor people of Delhi by promising free 20 kilolitres of water .

As the MCD elections are scheduled for December 4, Congress Delhi president Anil Chaudhary said the party's MCD election campaign will focus on issues affecting people and that only the Congress will bring about the water scarcity in the national capital.He accused Chief Minister Arvind Kejriwal of defrauding the poor people of Delhi by promising free 20 kilolitres of water.Chaudhary said that the water people consume is unfit for consumption.Our slogan for the MCD election will be Gandhe Pani Ka Hal, RO Jal to make Delhi Beemari Mukt (free of diseases) as clean water is everyones right, and that the Congress had launched a campaign called House Tax-Pichhla Maaf, Agla Half, in which it negotiated to waive dues of private residential buildings and raise the existing property tax by 50%.
