Colt Data Centre Services (DCS), a leading provider of global hyperscale and large enterprise data center solutions, has announced the appointment of David Crowther to the position of Chief Financial Officer (CFO), which previously held CFO positions at TelecityGroup and Chime Communications.He was responsible for the financials of the company's IPO and eventual purchase to Equinix at TelecityGroup.I'm excited to join Colt DCS at a time of such dynamism, as well as its ambitious expansion plans announced earlier this year.I am committed to ensuring that the finance team is an integral part of continuing to improve Colt DCS' reputation in the marketplace and commitments to long-term growth and profitability.Crowders' role as CFO would include: ensuring that Colt DCS maintains sound controls while still being a strategic facilitator; and aligning the finance function with the Company's growth goals so that it is seamlessly integrated and supportive to the other core functions within the company.Crowthers will also assist Colt DCS in determining the ESG initiatives the organization is making on its way to achieve net zero emissions by 2030.
