NEW DELHI (New Delhi) — On Friday, traffic jams were snarled from central areas of Delhi as the Congress staged massive demonstrations on several issues.The entry of buses remained restricted outside of Dhaula Kuan, Ridge Road, Shankar Road, Panchkuian Road, Chelmsford Road, Minto Road, Mathura Road, W-Point, Lodhi Road, Aurobindo Marg, Africa Avenue, and Moti Bagh red light (Shanti Path), according to the police alert issued on Thursday.The commuters to Delhi's capital were heavy traffic on Friday afternoon at Sardar Patel Marg, Shanti Path, Tughlaq Road, APJ Abdul Kalam Road, Prithvi Raj Road, Shahjahan Road, Zakir Hussain Marg, and Mulana Azad Road.Commuters expressed concern about crawling traffic at Rafi Marg, Janpath Road, Ashoka Road, Rajender Prasad Road, Mother Teresa Crescent Marg, Baba Kharak Singh Marg, and Mathura Road on Twitter.

Due to heavy waterlogging near the apple mandi, Khampur village, and Banku Rasoi, commuters were led to Mukarba Chowk and vice versa.The rainwater had gathered on the track, leaving only one lane open, according to police.Senior officials said that several pumps were being used to drain the water, but that it was taking a lot of time.
