The Delhi High Court received a response from the Centre, Delhi government, and other authorities on Friday to a petition alleging illegal construction of shops at Fatehpuri Masjid, a 17th century heritage building.A bench of Chief Justice Satish Chandra Sharma and Justice Subramonium Prasad issued a notice of the Amiro Yuva Brigade's petition and asked for a response within six weeks.The matter was set for the next hearing on November 14 by the court.It was hearing a complaint about the robbery of several shops, which had been allegedly built illegally at the mosque in the walled city with the consent of authorities.
