Delhi Police arrest a man for killing his friend and dumping his body in Yamuna river . The accused persons were named Kartik and Ravi .
New Delhi: According to Delhi Police, a man was arrested for reportedly killing his friend and dumping his body into the Yamuna river in the national capital, Om Kumar, while the accused persons were named Kartik and Ravi.Kartik was arrested by police but Ravi is also on the lam, according to police.Om had been missing from his home in east Delhi's Dallupura district on November 23 when he left home and did not return.The police launched a probe and discovered that a fight between him and his friends had broken out in the Yamuna river near Mayur Vihar in between.The locals alerted the police and found Kartik, a drowning car.Om's body was found from the river in the Okhla district after a few days on November 28.
Kartik, the last person with whom Om was last seen, was approached by police, who approached him and asked him whether he fell into the river and where is Om, but he told them he was inebriated, but they said after a while he revealed the truth.However, the second suspect is still on the loose.Another investigation is ongoing.
