New Delhi, India, November 25: The Delhi High Court urged the Delhi Government to enforce strict compliance of statutory requirements set out in the provisions of the Prohibition of Employment As Manual Scavengers and Their Rehabilitation Act, 2013 and the Rules enacted thereunder, according to the Bench.The Government shall also keep in mind the various recommendations made by the DCSK from time to time and will make a decision in accordance with them within 60 days of receiving such a recommendation from the Commission to the Government.The Delhi Commission for Safai Karamachari (DCSK) is in existence, according to the court's counter-affidavits.The Commission is investigating, investigating, and monitoring all questions relating to the guarantees to be provided to Safai Karamcharis residing in Delhi, as defined by the Act and the Constitution of India, as well as a periodic review by the GNCTD, and so this Court is of the opinion that the DCSK is fulfilling its obligations as required by the Delhi Act 7 of 2006, as well as the National Commission for Safai Karamcharis (DCSK), Government of National Capital Territory
