Mysuru: The density of vehicles on Male Mahadeshwara (MM) Hills Road, which passes through Sathyamangalam forests in Tamil Nadu, has increased by many folds, especially among the MM Hills devotees and wildlife in the MM Hills Reserve Forest.According to Chiranjeevi, a resident of MM Hills, it could result in landslide incidents.According to the local police, traffic accidents have also increased on the stretch.According to reports, deputy conservator of forests (DCF) V Edukondalu said that the forest department's compound wall and building of the pumping station were also damaged when the trucks collided with the compound wall and building of the pumping station.He said he would seek higher officials' attention as the trucks' movement affects the wild animals.
