Washington, United States, December 9: According to Variety, an American film company, Hollywood actor Reese Witherspoon will reprise her role as Tracy Flick in Tracy Flick Cant Win, a sequel to the 1999 political comedy Election that is set to premiere on Paramount+.Alexander Payne is co-writer and producer in the sequel.In Election, a film adaptation of Tom Perrottas 1998 novel, Payne will write the movie adaptation alongside Jim Taylor.A social studies instructor (played by Matthew Broderick) is attempting to sabotage his bid for school president.
Albert Berger and Ron Yerxa of Bona Fide Productions are among the other producers.Perrotta is executive producing, according to Variety.
