Gulzar Chahal, the president of the Punjab Cricket Association (PCA), has been subjected to scrutiny after his father, a retired IPS officer, allegedly misbehaved with a veteran ground staff inside the PCA stadium complex.Chahals father, a retired DGP Harinder Singh Chahal, was on a evening walk inside the PCA Stadium in Mohali, just less than two weeks ago.The veteran curator, who has worked in BCCI in various capacities as a life member, was banned from entering the ground for a few days but was able to return after the incident became a hot topic in the PCA corridors.Because he isn't a member of the association, the presidents father is forbidden from using the stadium grounds for morning or evening walks.
