Only 27 of the total 312 stalls were auctioned in Nashik Municipal Corporation . The remaining 285 stalls will be allotted on a first-come, first-serve basis .

Nashik: The Nashik Municipal Corporation (NMC) received a poor response to its auction of stalls for the selling of Ganesh idols held at the six divisional offices in the city on Friday.Only 27 of the total 312 stalls were auctioned.These 27 stalls for the selling of the idols are 14 in Cidco, ten in Panchavati, and three in Nashik East division.Officials from the NMC said they had a sluggish response to the stalls.

Between August 25 and September 1, temporary stands will be provided.For the next two to three days, the allotment of stalls will be carried out, and those that require stalls will be asked to contact the NMC's tax department.Of the 312 stands, 115 are in the Nashik West, 90 are in Nashik Road, 40 in Satpur, 36 in Cidco, 16 in Nashik East, and 15 in the Panchavati divisions.
