Stockholm, Sweden: In a study published earlier this week, the Swedish Meteorological and Hydrological Institute reported that the average temperature in Sweden has increased by almost two degrees Celsius (35.6 degrees Fahrenheit) since the late 1800s, pushing the country's climate goal to at least 25 percent by 2020, a first in the region.In a similar lawsuit in France, six Portuguese youths filed a lawsuit against Sweden and 32 other countries to challenge the Swedish government's climate change failure.
