Hartal: According to the high court, the Karnataka State Road Transport Corporation lost Rs. 5.07 crore.

KSRTC has informed the high court that damages to its buses during the PFIs hartal on September 23 amounts to around Rs 5.07 crore . The court was told that a total of 58 buses were damaged and that a loss of Rs 5,06,21,382 was incurred when the loss of income as a result of the trip cancellations was factored into the decision .

The KSRTC has also entered a separate complaint seeking a court order to recover the losses resulting from these crimes by the perpetrators.According to KSRTC, ten workers and one passenger sustained injuries on the day of the PFI hartal.
