Kochi: The Kerala High Court was told to determine whether Congress MP Rahul Gandhi's Bharat Jodo Yatra has breached the terms in the permission given for it, according to a division bench headed by Chief Justice S Manikumar of Mukhathala in Kollam, aided by advocate C Rajendran.The PIL was found to be obstructing the passage of vehicles on public roads.According to the petitioner, the state government should be directed to take action against the yatra.The petitioner also demanded that the Yatra be restricted to half of the road so that the public can pass through the other half.To curb traffic congestion, adequate police officers should be deployed, the plea said.
