In connection with the Pooja Singhal case, the ED is questioning a former JMM leader.

Ravi Kejriwal was once considered a close aide to state Chief Minister Hemant Soren . Pooja Singhal and Sumit Kumar were convicted of complicity in anti-party activities .

Ranchi (Jharkhand) India – May 15 : Ravi Kejriwal, the former Jharkhand Mukti Morcha (JMM) treasurer, was interrogated by Ranchi police on Sunday at his zonal office in Ranchi.Kejriwal was once considered a close aide to state Chief Minister Hemant Soren.Pooja Singhal and Sumit Kumar, both a Chartered Accountant, were convicted of complicity in anti-party activities and will be ordered to appear in court tomorrow (May 16).ED will also interview a handful of district mining officers.According to the ED, they will be looking for Singhal for connecting other dots.

Singhal was earlier this month arrested by the ED and convicted of money laundering under the Prevention of Money Laundering Act (PMLA).
