In Gujarat's 3-Way Battle, BJP Wants To Protect Ground; AAP Wants To Gain Support

BJP, Congress, and Aam Aadmi Party in Gujarat will be decided today . BJP has won six-term record in the state, with eight seats .

As the counting of assembly poll votes begins, the three-way battle between the BJP, Congress, and Arvind Kejriwals Aam Aadmi Party in Gujarat will be decided today.According to exit polls, the BJP has beaten the BJP in this round by a landslide, as the Congress will earn half of the seats it won in 2017, and the Aam Aadmi Party of Arvind Kejriwals would only announce its presence. An aggregate of nine exit polls indicates that the BJP could win 132 out of the states 182 seats. The Congress-Nationalist Congress Party mix would gain 38 seats, while the BJP won eight, reflecting a six-term record in Gujarat: The BJP's all-out campaign has been praised in Delhi and, more recently, Punjab.

The Congress has remained concentrated on the marginalized, having been unable to find its footing in Delhi since Anna Hazare's anti-corruption bid. However, it is uncertain if it will do better in Gujarat, where it is battling factionalism and lack of direction since Ahmed Patel's death in 2020, since the BJP's supersize, glittery campaign was announced by state Congress chief Amit Shah and Prime Minister Narendra Modi. The party has been leading from the front, staging over 30 rallies in the state, since 2002.One of these was a 5-hour mega roadshow, which the party claimed was the largest by any Indian political leader.

Although most exit polls predict that AAP will not make it to the 15th anniversary, Arvind Kejriwal has said that winning a 15-20 per cent margin in Gujarat would be a huge achievement for a party that celebrated its 10th anniversary last month.
