Two elderly men were killed in a traffic collision in Nashiks Adgaon district . Sudam Dighe (79) and Dattatray Pimprikar (78) were riding a scooter to Nashik from Ozar on the Mumbai-Agra highway .

Nashik (Adgaon): On Thursday night, two elderly men were killed in a traffic collision in Nashik's Adgaon district after their scooter was hit by a car.Sudam Dighe (79) and Dattatray Pimprikar (78), both of whom live in Niphad taluka, have been named.According to the Adgaon police report, the deceased were riding a scooter to Nashik from Ozar on the Mumbai-Agra highway on Thursday afternoon as per the compliant stamped with them.As they were passing the area near the truck terminus on the Mumbai-Agra highway in the Adgaon region, they were confronted by a speeding truck, which was also heading towards Nashik.

In the meantime, the truck driver fled the scene without alerting anyone of the crash.
