CHENNAI (India) — After the seventh round of the 13th Chennai Open International Grandmaster Chess Tournament 2022 on Thursday, International Master Nitin Senthilvel continued his fine run, winning for the seventh time in a row.Nitin is now on 7 points after a hard-fought 99-move victory over B Vignesh on the top board, putting him one point ahead with three rounds remaining.Top-seeded GM Boris Savchenko (Russia) and IM L R Srihari (India) lead Nitin in second place with six points.Belarus GM Alexei Fedorov held Savchenko to a draw, while Srihari defeated Jubin Jimmy.
