Shimla: Chief Minister Jairam Thakur said on Thursday that despite the fact that the Congress is about to pass the majority threshold in the 68-member Himalaya Pradesh Assembly, he respects the mandate and would transfer his resignation to the governor.Mr Thakur told reporters here that I am going to hand over my resignation to the governor in a few weeks as the ruling BJP surged ahead of the BJP, winning 16 seats and leading in 23 others.Their biggest achievement was a victory for three independents in Gujarat on Thursday.
