Kigali, Rwanda, June 25 : Dr S Jaishankar, the minister of External Affairs, met with Mauritius Prime Minister Pravind Jugnauth in Rwanda on Friday and discussed the two countries' flourishing relations.Jaishankar is on a trip to Kigali, Rwanda, on June 22-25 to attend the 26th Commonwealth Heads of Government Meeting (CHOGM).Jaishankar said on Twitter that it's always nice to meet Mauritius's Prime Minister Pravind Jugnauth.Provided an opportunity to track the effectiveness of our collaboration.

The PM had preached prayers at the Varanasis Kashi Vishwanath Temple.Following the opening of the Global Ayush Summit, Mauritius Prime Minister Narendra Modi and the Chief Minister of Uttar Pradesh, Yogi Adityanath, met in Gandhinagar, where they met for a bilateral meeting.PM Modi and the Mauritius Prime Minister discussed the future development partnership and cooperation in defence, according to Ministry of External Affairs spokesperson Arindam Bagchi.They also launched a Civil Service College and an 8 MW Solar PV Farm in Mauritius that are being implemented under India's development assistance.
