The High Court ruled that the order canceling the recruitment process for police sub-inspectors and junior engineers in Jammu and Kashmir due to a blacklisted organization was unlawful, and that the private company was rewarded with a Rs 10 lakh fine for doing exams in the power department in Uttar Pradesh; police recruitment in Rajasthan; and the irrigation department in Assam.The decision was referred to a Delhi High Court order requiring a special court to order.During police recruitment tests, the CBI has arrested over a dozen individuals for allegedly complicit in the recruitment scheme, including a commandant of the Border Security Force.The JKSSB is also under scrutiny and facing multiple prosecution.The JKSSB is currently under scrutiny, with an aspirant saying, We urge the Lt Governor to intervene and save our future.Following the revocation of recruitment lists, Jammu and Kashmir Lieutenant Governor Manoj Sinha announced new examinations and re-elected contracts to an agency that has previously encouraged malpractices in public examinations, the court ordered that appropriate measures be taken against those found guilty.
