Mark Bush, the CEO (Chief Executive Officer) of JSW Steels US-based arm JSW Steel USA, has resigned, according to a tweet released today.His resignation comes ahead of the steelmakers Baytown plate mill modernization project, which is set to be completed in 2023.Mark Bush took over as CEO of JSW Steel USA in 2020, according to the company's statement.According to the statement, Mark Bush resigned from his position as CEO to pursue other challenges.Greg Manfredi, the current Chief Operating Officer (COO) of JSW Steel USA, will lead the Mingo Junction and the Baytown teams until the appointment of a new CEO.JSW Steel USA raised $182 million from two Italian financial institutions in October 2022 to fund the upgrading of the plate mill facility in Baytown.
