On Tuesday, Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky met with troops near front lines in eastern Ukraine and thanked everyone involved in the war effort to commemorate the country's Armed Forces Day.Zelensky said he gave his life to medical staff and parents of servicemen, and he recalled 60 armed forces who had been taken home from Russia in a swap with Ukraine, which calls it a specialized military operation to root out nationalists.Ukraine and its allies accuse Moscow of an unbroken war to seize territory from its pro-Western neighbor.Zelensky presented a number of servicemen with Zelensky's resilience and strength during his trip to the front, one of many in recent months.
