PUNE: Students with higher secondary certificates (HSC, Std XII) have now shifted their attention to the all-important joint entrance exam (JEE) in July, followed by the Maharashtra Common Entrance Test (MH-CET) in August first week.In the run-up to the entrance exam for admission to the highly coveted engineering and other professional courses, students have begun revision sessions and appeared for mock tests at home or in coaching classes.I'm now totally focused on the entrance tests, according to aspirant Rishabh Katiyar.I have enrolled for four engineering entrances, and I'm spending nearly 15 hours preparing for them.

Additionally, assessments for admissions to design, architecture, medicine, science, law, administration, communications, pure science, and other fields will be conducted, for which students must prepare.Shreya Bhagwat, a Std XII CBSE graduate, has announced that she wants to apply to the Savitribai Phule Pune University's biotechnology program in July, and that the admission is set to take place in July.I am preparing for the exam because I am very interested in this subject and I am hoping to secure the seat, she said.Several other students are also enrolling in universities abroad for courses following Std XII.

The application process has started, and I have received some responses from the university officials. In addition, I am looking for a scholarship at these universities to help me secure my place.
