Man detained in Andhra Pradesh on suspicion of many thefts

Mamidi Tirupati Rao, the accused, has been arrested . He has been charged with 27 thefts in several towns, including Balaji Nagar, Uda Colony, and Vizinagaram .

Vijaynagaram (Andhra Pradesh) India, December 6: Police arrested a thief accused of many burglaries and recovered stolen goods, including 300 gm gold ornaments, nine and a half kilograms of silver items, as well as Rs one lakh in cash, according to district superintendent of police Deepika Patil.According to the SP, the accused was apprehended while riding on a scoot with the model number AP 39 MG 2215.Mamidi Tirupati Rao, the accused, has been arrested.Rao became a resident of Sriharipuram, Visakhapatnam's fish market district, recently and has been accused of engaging in numerous illicit activities throughout the region, including 8 in Vizianagaram town, 3 in Visakhapatnam City, 5 in Raja Mahendravaram, 9 in Jangareddy, 1 in Bhimadolu, and 1 in Devarapalli.

He has also been charged with eight crimes in Vizianagaram alone.SP Deepika Patil praised the police team that participated in the investigation and eventually apprehended the suspect.The scooter in which he was riding was also confiscated.
