Haryana chief minister Manohar Lal Khattar said on Saturday that all state universities should provide education from KG (Kindergarten) to PG (Post-Graduation) under the New Education Strategy, and that the government would pay the fees for poor children attending these universities.On Saturday, Kathtar spoke at a two-day Conference of Vice Chancellors of Universities in London.The Haryana State Higher Education Council held a conference on Education Policy, Self-Employment, and Management in the Parivar Pehchan Patra.A new scheme would be developed to provide education to children of families whose estimated annual income is less than Rs 1.8 lakh.
