Hyderabad (Telangana) : On Tuesday, Telangana Municipal Corporation and Urban Development Minister KT Rama Rao inaugurated the first pet crematorium in Hyderabad, which was jointly constructed by the Greater Hyderabad Municipal Corporation (GHMC) and People for Animals, an NGO that supports animal welfare.The pet crematorium was named Ananta Yatra, and people may come here with their dogs or inform us, and our NGO will pick them up.People for Animals in Nagole opened the state's first pet crematorium today.A lot of people in Hyderabad have pets.We're running short of land and space to cremate them.
According to her, the PFA has created an idea to encourage pet parents to respectfully send their pets away on their last journey and say Dear Mom, as the pet crematorium is called Ananta Yatra.People can come here with their dogs or inform us and we will pick them up.According to Amulya, they will have to contribute to the incinerator and the maintenance of other equipment.He also reported that KTR has been actively involved in promoting animal welfare initiatives. He has urged the GHMC officials to cooperate here and made sure the crematorium is up to speed.She said he and other government officials were in town today to open this facility.She explained that we run ABC (Animal birth control) and rescue centers.We also have a PCA (Prohibition of Animal Cruelty) wing. Once they are fine, they are released back to where they came from.We are the only rescue centre in Hyderabad and Secunderabad that cares for free-roaming animals.We take care of dogs and cats, but occasionally cattle and monkeys that are injured.The GHMC has given us this building, office, and property. They also pay us for each dog.Nevertheless, we raise our own funds for rescues.According to Mohammad Javeed, a pet lover, this is Hyderabad's first pet cremation facility, but GHMC has given it a location and created a crematorium here.Any pet owners can cremate their pets here.
