MUMBAI: With the state's trend of pupils dropping out of formal education after a pandemic-induced suspension of schools, the government has sought to find such students and bring them back to learning.The state school education department will carry out a Mission Zero Dropout from July 5 to 20 to identify dropouts, migrant children, and those who aren't attending classes regularly.On Thursday, a government circular was released.At state and local levels, committees will be established to track down families with children in the 3-18 age range that aren't attending classes.
