BJP leader Rachana Reddy says the court denied the memo attempting to arraign BL Santhosh and three others as accused in the FIR . The trial court, the ACB special court, today denied the paper, attempting to accuse BL Santhosh and three others of farmhouse poaching .
Hyderabad (Telangana) (India) — In a setback to the Special Investigation Team (SIT) in the alleged TRS MLA poaching lawsuit, BJP leader Rachana Reddy said on Tuesday that the court denied the memo attempting to arraign BJP leader BL Santhosh and three others as accused in the FIR, claiming that the PC Act is not applicable, according to the BJP leader (SIT).No authority or court has had evidence or warrant to date about money, and no court has been given one. They weren't even present at the scene of the suspected crime. The ACB court found the paper invalid, but Reddy argued in a self-made video that the court acknowledged that the rejection of the paper was procedural but also that the fact that the paper cannot be made applicable to the said individuals.
The judge stated with vehement agreement that the rejection of the memo was not only procedural, but that the PC Act cannot be made applicable to the affected groups.According to Reddy, all four individuals accused in the said FIR, including BL Santhosh, were not at the scene of the suspected crime, if at all, and they do not have a direct or other connection to arrest them as convicted.According to these facts, the SIT Telangana wanted to fill up the memo urging the university to investigate the farmhouse alleged poaching situation, she said.Three suspects were convicted of theft by the Telangana Rashtra Samithi (TRS) MLAs earlier this month. The accused would have to appear before the Special Investigation Team (SIT) every Monday. The Telangana High Court revoked a Telangana High Court order on November 24 directing the SIT to proceed with the investigation into the suspected TRS MLAs poaching case and not report to any body, be it political or executive. The SIT also required the three defendants in the MLA poaching investigation to surrender before the police for further investigation. The three persons arrested were arrested by the TRS MLAs on Wednesday evening in Ranga Reddy district after being told of the BJP's MLA poaching operation, according to the group's leaders.Note that the BJP is targeting the MLAs with funds and contracts, according to the Cyberabad Police.
