NHAI approves the E-way from Kurnool to Solapur.

The 318-kilometer expressway will pass through AP, Telangana, Karnataka, and Maharashtra . It will also link the Chennai-Solapur economic corridor .

Andhra Pradesh will have a second expressway linking Kurnool to Solapur in Maharashtra, according to the governor.The National Highways Authority of India will construct the expressway, which will also link the Chennai-Solapur economic corridor, as part of the Union government's flagship Bharatmala initiative.The 318-kilometer expressway will pass through AP, Telangana, Karnataka, and Maharashtra.By 2025, the project is scheduled to be finished.

Once the expressway is operational, the distance between Kurnool and Solapur will be reduced by around 100 kilometers.To get to Solapur from Kurnool, you need to drive through Nalgonda and Hyderabad.To reach Solapur, vehicles can travel through Mahbubnagar and Kosgi in Telangana and Raichur in Karnataka after the completion of the expressway.It was listed in the 23 national priority projects being pursued by the NHAI around the country under Bharatmala.

The project is scheduled to be completed by 2025.
