HYDERABAD (English): Chief Minister K Chandrasekhar Rao slammed Prime Minister Narendra Modi on Saturday for converting Niti Aayog into a non-functional and ineffective body.The assault took place the day before Modi would chair Niti Aayogs seventh governing council meeting.He said he would boycott the meeting as a sign of protest and would launch nationwide demonstrations against the BJP government's anti-people policies.The chief minister also alleged that the 5G spectrum auction was a massive fraud that benefitted only a handful of firms.

What is the point of it?KCR slammed Modi on a variety of issues relating to Niti Aayog, including refusing to implement his plans, placing limits on borrowing, and waiving loans to corporations, according to reporters.Modi also sent him an open letter on Niti Aayogs' operation, according to him.The KCR charged the Centre with employing tactics that targeted farmers, artisans, weavers, and MNREGA workers.
