Nitish Kumar, the chief minister of Bihar, betrayed the BJP in order to advance his ambitions to become prime minister: Amit Shah in Purnia

Amit Shah says Nitish Kumar has betrayed the BJP and joined hands with RJD chief Lalu Prasad Yadav . Shah predicted a BJP rout in 2024 Lok Sabha and 2025 state elections .

PURNIA (PURNIA) — Union home minister Amit Shah said on Friday that Bihar Chief Minister Nitish Kumar has no principles and that he has backstabbed the BJP and joined hands with RJD chief Lalu Prasad Yadav to pursue his prime ministerial ambitions.Shah also predicted a BJP rout in 2024 Lok Sabha and 2025 state elections on his first visit to Bihar, after Nitish left the BJP and formed the Mahagathbandhan government with RJD and Congress in August.Shah said that Nitish babu, who was born with anti-Congress ideology, stabbed the BJP in the back and now sits in the lap of RJD and Congress, while speaking to a large audience at Indira Gandhi stadium in Purnia, in northeast Bihar.Nitish will dump him, according to a senior BJP functionary, because he does not carry any political party ideology.

He first went to Choudhary Devi Lal's camp in the Janata Party, where he was the former deputy prime minister, and then took over the Samata Party, betraying his mentor and socialist leader George Fernandez.Shah said he betrayed Sharad Yadav ji, who followed him, then Jitan Ram Manjhi, then Ram Vilas Paswan, and Lalu ji to return to the BJP.By sitting in the lap of Lalu ji, he can abandon socialism and indulge in caste politics. He can also abandon socialism in favor of joining Maoists (read Left parties).

According to the Union home minister, he has only one strategy: Keeping the chair.Nitish told the thousand-odd people on stage whether he could become prime minister by relying on his allies for his power obsession, to which they replied No.Under pressure from Lalu Prasad, the Union home minister suggested that the Nitish-government was considering enacting a CBI ban in Bihar.Shah claimed that the BJP had a big heart in the 2020 assembly elections, as Nitish was elected chief minister after having half the number of seats as opposed to the saffron party, according to Shah.

Shah nearly blew the poll bugle in Bihar for the 2024 Lok Sabha elections by attacking Nitish and Lalu, branding them betrayers of the state's autonomy and encouraging the state's citizens to vote for Narendra Modi-led NDA in 2024 general elections and assembly elections in 2025.According to him, the bugle for the war against Nitish ji's epitome of selfishness and obsession for power is being blown from here in the Seemanchal area.In the 2024 Lok Sabha elections, Shah said that the people of Bihar would wipe out the Lalu-Nitish combination.By winning the assembly elections in 2025 with a total majority, we can also establish the government in Bihar.

Biharians will not go with Nitish ji, nor with Lalu ji, he said, because this time lotus of Narendra Modi will bloom in the city.Shah told thousands of supporters in the Jan Bhavana Sabha that: When I have arrived in the Seemanchal zone, Lalu and Nitish have experienced pain in their stomachs. They say I am going for infighting (in the workplace). They say I'll do something here.

You've done it all your life. The Union home minister also addressed the issue of intrusion in the Seemanchal district in a veiled way, saying that the Modi government is on alert to safeguard the residents of the district. In Bihar, Modi ji provided jobs to lakhs of people.Electricity has been supplied to 100 percent of households.

In the midst of the Covid-19 pandemic, the Narendra Modi government has also provided toilets to every house, along with a free ration of 5kg per person per month, according to Shah.
