PATNA: Bihar's chief minister, Nitish Kumar, demanded that the education ministry accelerate the recruitment process and fill up vacant teaching positions in all schools, from primary to higher secondary.Nitish said at a conference in Sankalp hall of the CM residence, he considered the progress of various sections of the education department's curriculum: Where there are no teachers, immediate appointments must be made so that students do not have to struggle with homework.The CM said that the Centre has not disclosed its interest in the Bihar government's current fiscal year's various administrative divisions.He asked the education officials to serve reminders to the Union government and encourage them to release their shares to Bihar.

In all 38 districts of the state, a significant number of primary and middle schools were opened.In the schools, new buildings were constructed.In each gram panchayat in the state, higher secondary schools were established.Boys and girls can now get to higher secondary school (Plus 2) in their own panchayat.

A rise in the education level of girls will result in a decrease in the fertility rate.According to Nitish, Bihar's fertility rate has declined in recent years.He also requested that schooling of the girls belonging to Scheduled castes, scheduled tribes, and other marginalized groups be particularly geared.Nitish asked officials in Bihar to make the loan program more practical, so that a maximum number of needy students can receive benefits under the scheme, which was launched under the Saat Nischay program.

Deepak Kumar Singh, the new chief secretary for education, presented the CM with a report on the changes made in his department's various plans earlier this year.At the meeting, Deputy CM Tejashwi Prasad Yadav, Finance Minister Vijay Kumar Choudhary, Education Minister Chandrshekhar, and all senior officials from the education department were among those present.
