Applicants are encouraged to strictly adhere to the instructions for submitting the online application via the NMC website link.According to the public notice, the commission would not consider the offline application.In consultation with the agencies and departments concerned, the commission will review all applications.Shortlisted applicants will be allowed to take the examination, which will be conducted by the commission or any other agency authorized by the commission.

The NMC notification on the formation of the Group of Experts, issued on June 20, reads: It is hereby stated that the Ministry of Health, in its holistic endeavour, decided that appropriate guidelines rules should be developed to carry out the proposed examination for persecuted minorities moving from Pakistan under the direct control of the National Medical Commission to assess their knowledge of modern medicine and granting permanent registration to practice medicine in India.
