Bengaluru: Chief Minister Basavaraj Bommai said on Thursday that no such negotiations have been held at any level of his administration, rejecting reports that the Karnataka government has given permission to the Wakf Board to open ten colleges for Muslim female students in the state.The topic attracted national attention from some Right wing groups, but the Chief Minister confirmed that it was the Wakf board Chairman's personal opinion rather than that of his administration's....I dont know, it may be his (Wakf Chairman) personal opinion.It hasn't been discussed in any part of our government, and it is not the position of my government.In reaction to a query, Mr Bommai said, If something is there, let the Wakf Chairman come and speak with me.
